Hi can anybody help me please, I have breed g pigs for a very long time but never had such a big problem, I so far in two days have had two sows, both having 6 dead babies, does anybody have any idea's? I have a new boar and this is the first time i breed with him, I still have two more sows due to give birth any time now but am dreading the same again.
If anybody can help i would be greatful.

Well if it is the same boar take it to the vets and see if it has got a problem. Once my boar had a problem and you need to retre it from breeding straight away.

yes Its deffo same dad, and I have already taken him away from the sows, still waiting for the last two litters to arrive.

Yes would be a good idea to retire him from breding...hope all is ok.
