Hi,
Guinea pigs eyes seem to always be prone to eye problems thats why they need so much care. I can't be sure but it could be 'glaucoma', i have never had this happened to one of my pigs. But i have seen what it can do, there isn't alot of info on it though at the moment as it is a fairly new. But it causes the eye to go out of the socket, and eventually the eye must be removed.
But you should seek specialist advice as i can not be sure it is. But the advice i give you is after specialist adivce make sure to feed the pig loads of vitamin A,C,D this is incredibly good for eyes! And without it can cause sirouse problems in guinea pigs. Also make sure water is being drunken by the piggy!
Vitamin A,C,D is the stuff that makes guinea pigs eyes glossy and so on.
Sorry i wasn't much help and i wish you luck with your pig _________________ Anger is just a cowardly extension of sadness. It's a lot easier to be angry at someone than it is to tell them you're hurt.
